leading manufacturer, exporter, supplier and trader of an entire range of multi-layered, multicoloured flexible laminates in rolls and pouch form as well as holograms.

Company Background...
Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd. was established in the year 1990 at Noida with the
manufacture of flexible laminates in rolls and pouch form. Later in
1998, the company expanded its product portfolio with the manufacture
of three-dimensional holograms.
Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd. is a founder member of Hologram Manufacturers Association of India (HoMAI).
Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd., promoted by Mr. J.K. Gupta, belongs to the Kanta Group of
Companies, having a line of businesses in the area of Flexible
Packaging Material, 3D/Hologram Stickers, Oleoresin, Ressinoids,
Perfumery Compounds & Fragrances, Natural Essential Oils, Herbal
Oils, Spices Oils, Natural Oils (Crude Drugs), Aromatheraphy Oil,
Flower & Essential Oil. Mr. J.K. Gupta, Chairman of TPIL and Mr.
Anil Kumar Gupta, Managing Director, have been associated with the
packaging industry for nearly 10 years.
Product Divisions
Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd. is divided into two divisions as per its product profile. These are as follows:
- Packaging Division: This division is engaged in the manufacture of Multi-layered, Multicoloured Flexible Laminates
in rolls and pouch form made from polyester, BOPP films, aluminium
foil, polyethylene, stand up, zipper vacuum, gusseted, centre scale,
3-side seal pouches
- Hologram Stickers Division: This division is engaged in the manufacture of Three-dimensional Holograms in films and stickers.
Application of Our Products
Our
laminates find application in all kinds of products like
confectioneries, tobacco, tea, coffee, sugar, rice, dairy products,
spices, cement, pesticides, paints, audio cassettes, shampoo, etc.
The
use of holograms on products improves the image of a particular
company. Our holograms act as practical solutions to the problems of

Infrastructure
The
flexible packaging unit at Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd. is equipped with a
high-tech and latest technology infrastructure with an annual
installed capacity of 750 metric tonnes of laminates per annum. We have
the latest imported technology of production for holograms. Recently,
we have set up a wide web embossing machine to manufacture holograms to
be used with flexible packaging, and the concept proved successful. A
team of adept personnel is the strength of Kantas Track-Pack India Ltd.
Excellent printing and a shorter turnaround:
From design to delivery, TPIL does it all. One location houses fully
integrated pre-press, printing, laminating, and converting
capabilities. TPIL Packaging has some of the most modern and efficient
high-speed multi-color Rotogravure printing equipment available, and
the results are second to none.
Printing: One
example of TPIL Packaging's capabilities is a world class One eight
color and Two six color rotogravure printing machine. It has a
computerized process control system. It can run two parallel four-color
jobs, parallel six and two-color jobs, or any other combination
totaling eight colors on the same substrate. With this equipment,TPIL
Packaging delivers superior quality on time, every time.
Extraordinary Printing: Reverse and surface printing; printing up to eight colors; process or line printing; tension control system.
Laminating: TPIL
Packaging has two world class lamination machines. It has water-based
dry bond technology that eliminates concerns over retained solvents,
advanced adhesive technology, excellent tension control providing lay
flat films, inline edge guide system and treatment plant.
Slitting: TPIL Packaging has five world class slitting machines including equipped photo-electronic line and edge guiding system.
Pouching: TPIL
Packaging has one world class pouch machines, the capabilities of which
includes central sealing pouching systems, pre-formed pouches, and no
leakage in sealing.
